not a flip card since they might do away with te mechanic
so his ability would be: When "Insert Name Here" dies (sent to the graveyard) search your library for a card name "Insert Other Name Here" and put it onto the battlefield

(tapped if it becomes brokenish or too squadron hawky. because, come on it shrinks your library and gives card drawing advantage)

(otherwise if there is an angel on the battlefield and "Insert Name Here" dies or is in the graveyard search your library for "Insert Other Name Here" and put it onto the battlefield.)
