This card seems to be the original version of ratchet bomb as far as I know.
Just like Ratchet bomb it can remove things equal to the counters on it.
The benefit of this over ratchet bomb is that you choose which artifacts or enchantments, and you can load as many counters as you want and only needed to choose up to not the exact number.
Plus it doesn't rely upon converted mana costs to blow it up.
But it only blasts artifacts and enchantments, oh well still kills a lot of things like artifact creatures.
Ok it is nothing like ratchet bomb anymore to me.
